Miwa provides automated trading bot services for Solana-based tokens, specifically focused on the Pump.fun platform. The Service includes:
3.1 Account Creation: You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.2 Access Codes: Access to the Service requires a valid access code. Access codes are non-transferable and subject to verification.
3.3 Account Security: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
IMPORTANT: Miwa is a non-custodial service. You maintain full control of your private keys and funds at all times. We never have access to your private keys or custody of your assets.
You are solely responsible for:
5.1 No Guarantees: The Service does not guarantee profits. Cryptocurrency trading involves significant risk of loss.
5.2 Market Volatility: Token prices can be highly volatile. You may lose some or all of your investment.
5.3 Automated Trading: While the Service automates execution, it does not eliminate risk. You are responsible for configuring appropriate risk parameters.
You agree NOT to:
7.1 Uptime: We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues.
7.2 Blockchain Dependencies: The Service relies on Solana blockchain and third-party RPC providers. We are not responsible for blockchain network issues.
8.1 Access Fees: Access to the Service requires payment of an access fee in SOL as specified at registration.
8.2 Transaction Fees: You are responsible for all blockchain transaction fees (gas fees) incurred while using the Service.
8.3 Referral Program: Referral commissions are paid according to the published commission structure. We reserve the right to modify the referral program at any time.
8.4 No Refunds: Access fees are non-refundable once account activation is complete.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Miwa, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
11.1 By You: You may stop using the Service at any time. No refunds will be provided for unused time.
11.2 By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, suspicious activity, or at our discretion.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or dashboard notification.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your information.
14.1 Informal Resolution: Before filing any claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at [email protected].
14.2 Arbitration: Any unresolved disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
